Passed my MOT!!

Well the Sprint did, not me

Passed first time, no issues at all
Not massively surprised because it has done limited mileage since I bought it (when it last had a test) and it was laid up all of last year, but great relief nonetheless and always a worry for a 23 year old car. Just need to un-SORN it now, get the tax on and we're cooking on gas.

It's now having a routine service at what used to be Wyn Lear's, will pick it up again after work tomorrow.

Sadly I'm double booked for the Newby Hall NAD gathering (I'm camping at Silverstone for the Renault World Series weekend) but I do hope to bring the Sprint along to some other events this year, MITCAR maybe the first.

Anyway, I just wanted to tell someone!!

There are 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary and those who don't.

well done on the MOT pass mate hope it's contagious

make sure you get the mitcar day firmly on your calendar then , shame about NAD but too many things on at too few weekends

hope it all runs well for what's left of the summer

All good fun, especially getting a puncture on the way home from Keighley. The wife picked me up so I was home without 2 cars, having left my daily driver at work!!

Must be the week for it - the exhaust fell off my hired van yesterday too!!

All sorted. Just gotta re-tax it (boo, you can't un-SORN it online), wish away the rain clouds and we're off and running. Via a trip for some new front tyres obviously
