Donno if this is relevant , after my first 33 was torched, I insured fully my second 33.
The insurance companies here, dont care about what condition your car is or what you have on it or in it.
They just see from a list, " Alfa Romeo 33 - model year 1990 " and give you a price.
They insured mine for full at a value of 2500 Euro for the cost of around 300 euro each year.
The good thing about this insurance is that because I'm fully covered in my car, I can drive any other car I like as long as there is a third party insurance on that car on any other person.
I asked them to cover the value of the car to 5000 Euro but then the cost of the insurance would be more than doubled.
As far as how much my 33 is worth to me, lets put it this way: Not interested in selling , but if it comes to that, concidering the money I paid for it, I wouldnt accept anything under 8000 Euro
