The type of pump depends on where you are going to mount it. The ebay one is a pusher pump and has to be mounted by the tank as it is gravity fed. Best pump I ever ran was a Mitsuba pump which I mounted in the cubby hole where the battery normally sits and this would pull fuel from the tank. They are not cheap now though. Only found one supplier and he is after £100+ each.
I would suggest that you get a 2nd hand Facet cylinder pump, one of ebay, silver or red top? On the rally car I had to blank off the fuel return when I went to facet (as I couldnt get hold of Mitsuba then) as occasionally it would lose pressure. Facet work on a constant pump rate whereas the Mitsuba works on pressure. Facet or mitsuba can be mounted by engine or by tank
