I'll tell you what you can do....
First of all, you need a friend to help you.
1 . take off the hose that brings the fuel to the injectors from the regulator. Have your friend crank the car.
If you get fuel allover the place that means you have fuel coming up to that point so most likely your fuel pump is ok.
2. Put the hose back into place and crank the engine 2 or 3 times for a few seconds with full throttle !!!
Take out the sparks one at a time. Your sparks should be soaked in fuel. If a spark is not wet, means either that it's working or the injector is not sending any fuel !
3. clean the spark and connect its cable on it without screwing it back on the engine.
WEAR A GLOVE !!! hold the cable about 1 cm away from a ground on the chassis NOT ON THE BATTERY'S NEGATIVE.
Have your Friend crank the car while you hold it. If it sparks, that means its ok.
Do the same for all sparks. Then check your timing and spark placement.
If EVERYTHING is ok, which it will not be, this means either you cut the timing belt and didnt notice , or your valves dont sit well on the heads and you'll need a rebuild of the engine.
Thats my 2 cents
This is the worst way of checking these thiings but the most effective when you dont have a lot to work with
Hope i've been helpful !
