They have a full report on every mod right down to the I beam rods and shells, when they ask for a modified vehicle report, with me they get the lot so they can't say they did not know about anything besides with custom car insurance they are pretty laid back about the modifcations due to the fact that most of us have spent a lot of time and money putting the cars on the road and they do not expect us to go thrashing them
So looking forward to a tunnel run and some shows over the next few weeks
The rear is a capri 2.8i LSD with 4 link,watts linkage 2 1/4 coilovers 220lb cosworth disc's and calipers and case support, why..because it was fitted when I had the cosworth in the car and would have been a waste of time and money not to use it also their are a lot of capris running small block V8 engines but if it brakes then the Jag goes in.
The front is capri 2.8i bilstiens converted to 2 1/4 coilovers with 250lb springs hubs machined to take cosworth disc's and calipers.
No anti roll bars.
Stock a 71 engine puts out 230bhp 290lb torque, Using that I would guess 250/60bhp with these heads.
feels very good and grippy, but I've been taking it easy while getting used to it. Will take it on some track days later this year to get a better idea.
