Mark...so do I, if all goes well then yes but I will need to do some test miles before.

Kev...Not a chance, with a full day it would be finished but then to do a long trip like that without testing

Chris...Ok your right again.....................if I get down there

Greek...all you guys give me encouragement and I thank you for it

bills .... I bet you wish you were related to the Queen right now.... dont you Sir Eddie ?

that way you wouldnt have to worry about bills and you could send your buttler out to bring you parts

Dont worry about it mate, I'm sure you'll find the time to fix it up soon enough

Thought I would post some pics of how far I've got. Ready to fit the box now, so not much more to do. Bigger oil cooler is now fitted, the box has had the new linkage and pan fitted, a couple of pics of the underside and I had to find somewhere for the air bed

I like those subtly flared arches - I hadn't noticed those before. You're making great progress Eddie, should be sorted in time for MITCAR

I had an unexpected day off today and spent it down the garage....well the box is in and most of the bolt ons are back just have the prop, nearside exhaust and shifter cable to fit but this box has a vacuum pipe that fits to the inlet manifold so I have a bit of fabricating to do and I want to fit a transmission temperature gauge so I don't burn another box, should be done in the next couple of weeks

Lauren

No promises but I do hope to catch some sunshine this year

I do need a holiday so if your offering Chris see you tomorrow

Phillip, it was nice having the day down there, a couple of months ago I had time aplenty now it seems like I need to book an appointment just to pass wind. I thought I needed to fabricate a vacuum pipe but as it goes I can use the stuff I have so if I have time this weekend I may get to turn some wheels.

Yes you still have it all to come...the first comes when you start it and the second comes when you drive it for the first time then the comes when things break then the comes because you want to get it on the road for a show and can't because you don't have time but then it all comes together and you have a big

well you are right !

but a project like Sixnut's and yours.... well and mine with the 4x4 Sprint with the supercharged 16v ( if I ever finish it ), its the need to see what you have created !

I'm dying to see how my Sprint drives, how it handles, if it rips my face off from acceleration !
I'm sure Philip is at that stage now !
Then I really really want to use it in races and have fun with it !
Thats where Eddie is right now !
