so to sum things up :
1 - my ignition timing was 1 degree off, no big deal
2 - the graph of the map, as Frazer said, looked like mount Everest
3 - the mixture was so rich it was ridiculous ... he said
4 - the reason why I have difficulties starting the car is because I no longer have an idle valve, so he adjusted the advanced cold start ignition to spray an amount of fuel until the engine temp reaches 55degrees - water temp. Will try that tomorrow morning and see if its ok now.
5 - my exhaust system is too small, causing the exhaust manifolds to get very hot - thus lose power ! He said that my exhaust is as hot as a turbocharged engine's exhaust system. The more he left the car to cool down , the higher the numbers on each run, but something is restricting it from getting any higher - probably the exhaust pipes.
The car drives more " freely " now and is much more responsive ! Just touching the throttle gives immediate responce and pushes all the way up to the rev limiter nicely. I dont see any black smoke anymore from the exhaust and the engine has stopped wiggling around.
The jerkiness I felt when pulling off in first gear is gone as well.
In other words I'm happy with it, but I cant say that I'm excited yet until I try it tomorrow morning and drive it a bit on my favorite mountain roads
