Koni U.K are crap, they messed up last time when i sent my shocks off to be serviced as one was leaking and soft, i got them back and they had adjusted them both to the softer one, i guess they thought the soft leaking one was the good one to benchmark from. I was not impressed, i had to strip my car and send them off again, this is when i asked them to be revalved to accommodate for the extra weight of my 16v, they supplied a print out of a graph reading of the shocks performance, but i haven't fitted them since. They also resprayed my shocks in a non standard horrible mustard colour, painting over the sticker in the process and they didn't even need painting!!
I havent mentioned that they lost my original shocks when i sent them off, then they messed up and had to order replacement parts, all this took over 8 months for me to get my shocks back.
Do not even bother trying to contact them in the race season as members of the public get put on the back burner as they priorities the race car manufactures.
This was all a while ago and i have heard more horror stories very reciently when i tried to order top mount rubbers for my rear shocks, only to be waiting 4 weeks and when i chased them up i was told that only 1 person can take an order and send them off. I had money ready and waiting to send to them.
Koni don't do the work, they outsource to another company, i wont mention any names and you should speak to a guy that used to work for Koni and left and i think has set up by himself as he got fed up with what was happening, I have been in contact with him but he has recently suffered a bereavement and might be pre occupied as again it has been over a week and no rubbers have been delivered, although he did say that he sent them Tuesday.
I no longer have faith in Koni U.K and would rather speak to them direct if possible. good luck
