I wouldnt worry about that mate.

The Italians used 3 types of nuts and 5 types of bolts to assemble the whole car, so you should be safe

Looking good, bet you can't wait to get going with putting it back together. I had white Sud Ti, the colour was 'biancospino', looked good with contrasting black plastic. Have you painted the bumpers, spoiler etc white as well?

@alfasuddriver i'm planning to fit a white series I spoiler at the front. no plastic ti trim on the arches and no spoiler on the tailgate. very pure. bumpers will be black as standard and i removed the lower part of the back bumper to make it look a bit "lighter". a set of ronal a1s in 13 or 15 and thats it ;-)

i like them too, but i sometimes think the 15's are too big for the sud. or the car has to be lowered 50 mm. maybe i will go for the 13's

Yes no problem getting those tires here
185/60-13 will gear it down

Will you be dropping the engine in first so you can put the crossmember on and let it stand on its own "feet" ?

i never did this before, so my plan was: fuel tank, rear axle, wiring, engine, front suspension
is that the right sequence?

well, strictly speaking there is no actual sequence, but whatever is within reason.

Personally, I would first install the brakes, servo and lines, then the steering rack, speedo cable, and then I would go with the engine and gearbox, front crossmember, rear axle is already on so you dont need to remove it in order to put the fuel tank back on.
Then the wiring, as you might need to move it around various engine components and hoses when fitting if you have it there before the engine goes in.

Then windscreens, dashboard and interior would go next, exhausts and trim.

By the way, make sure you install the front windscreen on before you install the dashboard, otherwise you will have a hard time puting in the lower section of the screen rubber.
Also make sure you install the heater box and the interior floor liner in as well, before you put the dashboard.

I'm sure you will find your way through it

Oh, and it would be better - easier - if you change the gearbox oil before you mount it on the car, when its nice and level and easily accessible
