Once you've undone and removed the two bolts holding the front of the frame and the bolt holding the rear of the frame you need to wiggle it to release the glass from the winder mechanism - the frame and glass come out together --but you need to have taken the inner and outer sealing strips/trim off as well.
Hope this helps
I'm afraid I used brute force and ignorance - just levered it upwards bit at a time, working along backwards and forwards.
The outer one is a pain allright, very very tight. I put a flat metal rule along the quarter panel top edge and then used wide flat screwdriver to prize it away starting at the end near the door, if you don't use something to protect the quarter panel you will gets lots off little dents once you get enough free to get your fingers under you should be able to pull it up, but be carfull not to bend it.
