Various bits have now winged there way here and I have winged them on to the bodyshop guy. he was really pleased that we had managed to source the screen pillar and said it will make his job a lot easier and give a much better result. He says we are still on for getting the car back by the end of Jan.
2 other problems to sort out now:
Been given notice to quit my lockup as council are going to "redevelope area". Had this lockup for about 23 yrs and get 2wks notice to get out
Thats my next 2 weekends gone then and it looks like the patio will be pretty full for a while
Be about right with the weather turning pants.
I have offered to wire my mates new rally car for him and knew that I had taken a complete loom out of a Sud many years ago. Having now found it from where it was stashed I didnt take it out as carefully or as completely as I remembered
Does anyone know of a dead Sud, Sprint early 33 in the Worcestershire area I can go and carefully remove all the wiring from? if not its going to be quite a few hours tracing wiring back and forth from where things used to connect.
Anyone got some good wiring diagrams. I am working out of the trusty haynes manual and colouring isnt matching up. Fairly sure it was an S3 Y reg 1350 Sud Ti
