it could just be that the throttle bodies are unbalanced. the tps should click just after it starts to move, you can check this with the car turned off stick your head in the engine bay and using your hand open the throttle slightly untill you hear it click, if it clicks it shouldnt be that.
Next step take the big inlet thing off the top of the engine (4 jubilee clips and release it from the air flow meter). then look in the throttle bodies. again open the throttle and you should be able to see that both throttle bodies butterfly (as in the 2 pairs) move at exactly the same time. its very commen that they dont. its also a very easy adjustment to make and believe me you will be able to tell the difference once sorted
