Are you referring to the oil vapor hoses?

I removed mine. Just got a DIY oil catch tank from the oil filler pipe.

4 small tubes attach from carbs to white plastic connector
2 medium tubes from connector go to each side of the air intakes of the carbs.
the final large tube from connector to oil filler pipe.

Piece of cake mate.

I've blocked off the small intakes to the inlet manifolds. I didn't want any oily crap going down there.
Also the air intakes inlets are blocked off.

Just got a small bottle with a hole in the side to release the vapor and catch any oil droplets.

No emission tests here so no issue and crank breathes easily without any filters getting clogged.

(also this has nothing to do with compression. Do you mean negative crankcase pressure?)

Creativeness!

Inlet manifold inlets: small length of 5mm tubing with wooden doweling pushed into the tube to block it.

Air intakes: rubber bungs tied with a ziptie.

If you can remove the small brass pipes and find a bolt to fit then probably better than my idea. But anything that prevents air entering the orifices.

But never block the oil filler vapor pipe on the oil filler tube.
