145 interior fit my 33?????????

Hi all i was just wondering if any 1 knows if an alfa 145 interior 2000 model (front and rear seats) will fit into my alfa 33 (L reg) not botherd about door cards etc just the front and rear seats i can modify if req but dont want to spend money on buying if it just wont fit, any advice or help is much appricated.

Well I've put 145 front and rear seats into my late model (G Reg) Sprint. The front seats needed two new bolt holes on one side and the rear seats needed a bit of "Adjustment" but it is not too difficult.
