Two Minari Road Sport's

New front sud callipers... and the pedal has gone hard again 3 weeks later.

Hey guys,
Following on from my last thread about the boiled fluid in the Minari, I had a garage look and decide I needed new front calipers as they were so solid (I can confirm as they're in my garage) that they wouldn't budge.

I had new calipers fitted and all was well. I left the car for a week during the rain (With the handbrake off mind) and now the pedal has gone hard like it was before! Its like trying to push down on a brick, it moves a little bit but not a lot and It's certainly not right.

Any ideas of stuff I can check before phoning the garage again? I had to source the calipers from Sudparts so if the caliper(s) are faulty then I don't know whose going to pay for the labor.

Thanks!

Check the handbrake mechanism hasnt seized.

If you take the pads out can you wind the pistons in and out?

if your pedal is hard but the brakes aren't stuck on then your servo has more than likely gone wrong
