1.5 engine tuning

Hello,
im about to buy an 1.5 engine,
I want to have 125 ~ bhp in my sud..
how can i do it?, what tunings i'll need to do ?

maybe camshaft?

how a bout you just buy the 1.7 twin carb engine as a replacement? Then do the valves etc on that rather than wasting you time with a 1.5 and then upgrading to a 1.7 later. If your going to modify then there is no reason to replace a 1.5 with a 1.5 for originalities sake.
