33s in the UK

The latest rumours are that there are less than 200 33s in the UK. So to this end I have made a concerted effort to locate as many 33s as I know of (a confidential list) and would be grateful if anyone who has a 33 running or SORN in the UK let me know (pm me) what type they have, what colour and the registration number. So far I have secured the details of 92 of them. Regards, Paul.

Re: 33s in the UK

Hi Matt, up to 115 cars located now.
One and a half years ago there were 584 33s in the country taxed and SORN. This included 106 Series two 33s of all types. Now there may only be 187 or 191 left in total, which could mean as little as 30 or so series twos left? So far I have located 30 series 2 cars, 3 of which have been scrapped in the last month.
I have one champagne series two 1.7 car here that I don't need which needs 3 bits of welding and a rear brake sorting out to go through an MOT, but is worth more in spares than getting this done to sell.

AROC-UK 33 Registrar
Driving red S2 33TI, white S2 1.7 and red P4
Girlfriend has green 16v
Loadsa spares in garage.

Hello Alex.
I just posted a reply to the 33 search and noticed you are scrapping one. I am looking for a fuel tank.
Has yours got a tank that is not badly corroded? Would be interested to purchase if so.
rsvp
thanks
John

Re: 33s in the UK

Cheers everyone, but have now found out that as of last week there were 512 33s on the road in the UK. The figures I had from a year ago showed 70 series 1 cars left - that being a series 3 on ebay.
Up to 134 cars located with more on the way.
