unless you spend your whole life on the motoerway then the TS has to be better, as it handles so well in the twisties, and is reasonably economic to run from both Petrol and servicing cost (well as reasonable as any Alfa ever can be!). I had a 156 2.5 a while ago and seldom managed to get anything above 25 mpg, and that dropped to very low 20's around town. I currently have a semi-dead 166 TS as I need some help t0 get it running properly, or perhaps you want it for a song to fix up...it's a fully spec'd Lusso in dark blue with all the toys, engine has only done 60K although car has done 101K
