Re: 166 Tyres
ive just put Dunlop SP01's on mine and the diffence going from cheap nasty budget tyres to something a bit sporty is staggering, ok some of that will be down to changing to 17" wheels and the lower profile tyres that result. i decided on the sp01's over the F1's because i read a lot over reviews saying the F1's are not great in the wet and the sp's are good in the wet. i guess you cant go wrong with either though. the dunlops are the same price as the F1's.
i highly reccommend event-tyres, they fitted 4 new tyres on four new alloys balanced and put on the car in about 40 mins, no gunk all over the wheels that you get from a certain high steet rip off merchant, no damage to the alloys as you get with a certain high street rip off merchant and didnt need to be asked to use the internal stick on weights, unlike a certain high street rip off merchant. and a very good price as well, and they come to you.
