How to torque up rear cam gear?

Hi guys, Anyone know how I can torque the rear cam gear on a 3l 24v. As you look at the engine the front bank and first cam on rear bank it's easy to get a torque wrench on the gears/pulleys. But there nowhere near enough room to get to the back gear. the inner wing is in the way. Is there a special tool or way of doing it?

I think there is an Alfa tool for this - can't check right now as I'm abroad. My torque wrench would not fit even when the gearbox end engine mouting had been removed and gearbox was resting on the chasis leg.

FWIW what I did was to use a ring spanner with a reasonable offset. The torque I applied was "bl00dy tight". Hasn't slipped (yet) but engine hasn't been run much since.
