Help Flushing & Replacing 164 3.0 V6 Super Coolant

Good Evening my fellow alfisti,

I've just purchased a 164 3.0 V6 Super and Its in good need of a service. I'm changing the Oil which is pretty much staight forward but I don't know from where & how to drain out the coolant. I wish to flush it all out but I'm used to the 33 drain Plugs have never worked on a V6. From where can I drain the coolant and how much coolant do I need. I've heard that the coolant can be drained by simply removing a hose from the radiator, is that the case ? How can I bleed the system then ? Your help would be much appreciated.
