Tony, yes I am giving them overall praise, just because they buy at auction and sell on at a high markup is not really a criticism if the car you buy from them is what you want???
Remember that the principle of using a dealer is that they buy in cheap, mark up high, but give you a warrantied car and a place to return to when things go wrong.
The problem with the dealers in the UK (some exceptions), is that they sell at max book, give min. trade in and then when something goes wrong, they can't fix it because they are feckless tw@s.
At least Veloces give decent trade in, so their net price is better than the dealers. I can't comment about the servicing side of the business, because I didn't live near enough to use them.
I would be interested to read the negatives about the cars they have sold, AFAIK most people have been satisfied with the car & any aftersales.
