After 2 years shes gone, with all her foibles. The Italian mistress replaced by a German ice maiden.
In the 2 years I don't think I've smiled so much walking up to a car as I did with the 166, regardless of the issues(air con compressor, steering pump, rear calipers, hand brake, exhaust, front suspension upper and lower arms, maf, replacing the CD player and DSP).
Looked at getting a 159, Brera or Gt and out of all of them it was the Gt that tempted me most, but decided I was looking for a bigger coupe. The interior of them all was something of a disappointment after the 166.
If the 169 ever makes an appearance I'll be back, or maybe a few year old quattroporte(under 50k now
