You can also test if with AlfaDiag - it will show the waveform reading.
Multmeter will only show an average. Mine (new 6 months ago!) "appeared" to working on multimeter, but was shown as duff in Alfa diag, both as a repeating fault code and with a "flatline" on sensor log. It did respond to fueling changes but it didn't pulse waveform like it was supposed to.
You can get an NTK from your local motor factors. I got one next day for £44.00. Better price than Justlambda. I'm about to send their's back for a refund.
