Why is it that every 164 part I need is on 3 month back order from Italy? I am having to anticipate what I might need for my next MOT and it is driving me crazy. I have replaced lots of bits of suspension, as not surprisingly after 16 years and 140000 miles the rubbery bits have perished.
Can anyone help me get in touch with the new PR guru Angelini at Alfa Romeo UK?
Great PR when you can't be bothered to supply parts for a car that is only 16 years old. Do you not expect the modern models t
o last? What about all these enthusiasts with valuable 1970's and before Alfa Romeos, how on earth do they keep them on the road.
Could "THEY" at least let the manufactures of parts that used to make identical non Alfa parts for £10 less continue what they used to do. Especially if Alfa can't organize it themselves.
You may well not care, but when you have to write off one of your lovley spiders or similar great cars because you can't get a new engine mount rubber in 5 years time, don't say that it's anything new.
Have you seen the doom list of unavailable parts grow or not?
