I still like the original 166 front end, as it was different from anything else around. Most car designs are really very bland and 'safe', although I think the facelifted model is fine.
Although 3.2 manuals may be rare, I'm not sure it will make that much difference to the prices in the future. None of the 166's are exactly common, yet the depreciation is absolutely massive. Big Alfa's are generally unloved in the UK. Incidentally, the car is still available to buy new in Germany, base price €30,700.
There's currently a dealer advertising a TS on AutoTrader for £1995. That's a hell of a lot of car for the money, eh!
