Funny you should mention that!!!!! The first two came out with ease however the third and final one.............turn,sheer,#$&*!
Total pig to get out, as luck would have it my brother (MoynesyT5) has more patience than me and he got it out (i was throwing spanners and sulking in the corner!
). I never learn a 5 minute jobs always takes 5 hours.
Still it now runs perfect and reaches temp quickly. Well worth the effort.
Little tip :- If you have to remove the two hose pipes which go into the engine block to get the bolts out, its a nigh on impossible to get the hoses back on with the spring hose clip.
You can't get the pipes in with them closed and you can't get the pliers in to open the clips.
Answer:- With the clips off the car, open them fully and cable tie them open across the tags in the open position. Put them back on the hoses and push the fitting back on. Once they are in position cut the cable ties and they close back onto the hoses!!!!
Hope this maybe of some help to any one who get stuck with this.
