Best option for the 166 and 164 is B&G springs. They are progressively rated which is important in a big car where you want it lowered without compromising ride too much. I would never recommend springs only to anyone as the rebound rates on the standard shocks will not work correctly with stiffer springs. Koni's are good shocks which when set at the softest setting mimic standard shocks closely but have an improved rebound rate which if you're not planning on racing this car on a circuit is all you need. There are other options and I know Novitec have something for the 166. I can check with a mate of mine who's the official Novitec importer over here. Let me know.
