However, the nice thing about personal taste is it is just that, personal. Unless you really want an auto, I'd definately try a manual for comparison. Howling through nice twisty roads, using just 2nd and 3rd whilst watching the traction control light do its strobe impression is a wonderful thing.
jeez, 2nd gear in twisties - brave man (I can only get a peripheral awareness of the VDC light - I wouldn't dare take my eyes off the road when giving it full lead foot
I agree about Martin's suggestions - I looked at the pearlescent dealer demo car & although I liked the greeny-bluey-ish colour, I didn't really like the soapy white elements.
The 4-speed auto is great by most accounts, but the 6 speed manual is fantastic, although you have to be gentle in 1st & 2nd unless the road is billiard table smooth & straight.
17" horseshoes are soooooo bling when polished, you won't want anything else
