The dash is held in by the two visible bolts on the bottom/front. It then tips up and out. You'll have to reach in behind to undo the multiconnectors in order to free the unit.
The bubls then just twist out. They are sealed into the plastic mounts/bases so you'll have to get new bulbs with the mounts attached.
A note of caution, don't start the engine with the dash disconnected. It will cause an error to be entered into your ECU thats result in your engine warning light coming on, necessitating the fault code be cleared.
