Electronic suspension

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help.

The springs on my 164 leaf are a little tired and very corroded, the struts are fine.

Has anyone put lowering springs on the OE electronic shocks? if so which ones are best?

Many thanks

Re: Electronic suspension

I had a 12v Leaf with Autodelta springs on it ,lowered by about an inch and with 17's on it still had some ride quality

Re: Electronic suspension

I did consider that. I got a second set of electronic dampers which I'm going to completely refurbish with new springs, bearings, top mounts etc. but I elected to stick with the standard springs in the end. You may need to replace the bump-stop with a stiffer one if you try this.
