Voltmeter showing 12V, alternator going south?

As the title says really. My volt meter on my 164shows 12V when fully loaded i.e. Aircon on, lights on, and at idle. When i rev the engine, the headlight becomes a little brighter and the voltmeter increase to 13V.

The car starts the 1st time in the morning no prob. Battery is less than a year old.
