Remapping auto gearbox?

I noticed the automatic gearbox in my 2,4 JTD Sportronic behaves somewhat annoying sometimes:

Since installing the tuning box the gearbox tends to let the revs rise between gear changes. It´s worse when the A/C is turned on, and my conclusion is that it is definately controlled by some kind of map in the ECU. The gearbox seems to expect a certain amount of torque according to the angle of the throttle, but now that the engine delivers more torque when tuned the gearbox doens´t put through all of it so the revs rise. If I push the throttle harder it actually revs less between changes! This suggests the gearbox could be remapped to suit the higher torque. Also, swithing off the A/C probably alters the map slightly so some of the excess torque is meant to be consumed by the compressor. Too bad I can´t seem to find any company here in Sweden that could do the job.
