164 pipes go under the petrol tank. Ideally, you need to drop the tank to do it. You can just snip them off and run them under the tank, but it's a bit messy. Someone had done that on the Cloverleaf before we bought it, but we had it changed when we had to drop the tank for the leak it had.
I was surprised at how little it cost, but then the mechanic I use is quite cheap. He didn't have any problem dropping the tank and did the whole job in half a day, although a more expensive mechanic did a lot of teeth sucking and said that basically, he didn't want to do the job as it looked too major.
Can't remember exactly how much it cost, but it wasn't much more than £150. Hardly worth scrapping the car for.
