The car was in Germany (no salt on roads during winter, hence legality of having to have snow tyres in winter!) £60 one way hop from Stanstead.
Germany had the majority of Q4s I believe. There's load os spares there and in Austria.
I'm putting L30 ARO on the market when the other one I've got is finished. L30 ARO is probably an ex-Alfa Italy press fleet car that went to Alfa Germany. When (and if) sold it will have the benefits of a complete service with ALL fluids (inc. 4WD diff system) changed, new belts and water pump, clutch original Valeo with uprated friction material, hoses as required, new engine mounts, suspension overhaul with new parts as required, refurbished Pepperpots.
The brakes have been overhauled within the last year - new calipers and discs. The engine is a good one with some minor tweaking inc. an Autodelta (?) carbon intake system and will hit the rev limiter in 6th - 7,200rpm. The exhaust is a very special stainless steel one with proper 'Y' pieces - the cats were changed in mid 2005 - and a properly made tail pipe.
As I'm now in France, the reg. no. will have to go too!
This will NOT be a cheap 164 Q4 BTW
If it does go on the market, it will be in June before I have to put it through the CT, French MOT.
