Re: Low pressure but not enough to turn on the light !
I agree, don't worry as long as it moves, and the light doesn't come on!
Keep an eye on the small rubber bushes on the front suspension, they need changing quite often. Only a 15min job each side, and the little arm with the bush costs about £20. If you don't change them when they wear it costs more in tires, and other bits. Also the engine tie, top little mount, if that goes the extra vibration causes lots of silly things to go wrong, and the £200 front section of exhaust breaks.
Apart from that, and being a bit hard on the front disks and pads, and a rubbish handbrake, no real problems. The early models have door handles that snap, but yours should be fine. My sunroof only worked once, and stayed open, I had to wind it in by hand after taking the cover off, and then threw away the fuse!
Great car, make sure you give it a little right foot every now and then!
I would hamerite all the exposed metal underneath, some time in nice weather too if you get chance. The little bit near the fuel tank, the little crevice is the only bit that rusts normally, watch it, expensive to repair because of the fuel tank. Can write them off if you don't notice with the new rules, too near a suspension mount even though not structural!
