Hmmm ABS fuse location

Does anyone know where the ignition switched ABS Fuse - B31 is located?
Tried Elearn so I know its 10A. My handbook says its Fuse 3 (fig 88) in the main fusebox inside the car.
I don't think is is.
Any help greatly received as all the relevant dashboard lights are permanently on plus the STR switch!
