Reference my 1999 166 3.0L super...
About two months ago my dispay came up with a message which said something along the lines of 'air-con faulty please contact workshop'. It all seemed to be working OK and I cleared the error message. Everything continued to work fine and the message never manifested again, until two days ago that is
This time I noted that the heater was virtually defunct. A big problem, not so much for the lack of heat but for the misting up of the windscreen! I thought air-con and the heater were seperate??
Basically nothing works. I can hear the 'click' every time I press the 'de-mist' button but other than (occassionly) a very weak plume of air emitting from the vent, absolutely nada!
Any ideas??
