Anyone fitted a induction kit ???

Has anyone fitted a induction kit or performance air filter to their 166 TS ? If so what results if any did you get was it worth the effort and what kit/filter did you use ?
Cheers all,
Trev

Re: Anyone fitted a induction kit ???

I'd go for an enclosed unit or performance panel filter...the exposed come types are rubbish - sound good, lose performance.

Fit a k&N filter to the original airbox and remove the intake resonator.

do the K&N's not reduce the life of the MAF? Or is that just a myth?

They do if you put too much oil on them. The oil finds its way onto the Maf's heated wire and kills it.
