Need help! Central locking now going "cazy!"

I have always had a slight quirk with the central locking on my 166 but now it's gone "crazy".

Yesterday - as I was driving along - the central locking turned itself "on and off" 6 times then stopped. This happened 3 times so I took the fuse out.

Can anyone tell me if there is a central locking "relay" and where it is in the car as I would like to change it and see if that makes any difference???????

it will be one of the lock mechanisms that's faulty....happened to me on the old twink.
