Got a spare key for free- Result!

Hi,
I bought my 166 a month ago minus a spare key.

Checking with dealers made me realise that a new one would cost about 300Euro.

Contacted the previous owner ( a well known packaging group here in Dublin) and they rang me back a few days later to say that the previous user had left the company and was on a year out in New Zealand.

The contact in the company managed to contact him, and lo and behold he still had the key on his key ring.

I got it in the post today- all the way from New Zealand.

So- the moral of the story- don't give up

I am thrilled.

That was irony! As we all know the more subtle emotions don't really lend themselves to the written medium like this.

Anyway- thanks for the interest guys
