164 2L TS running rough

Can anybody offer some advise.

my TS has decided to run really rough under load, no power, just about got home. Swopped HT lead from one coil to other, tried both coils as a non twin spark, both coils seem ok, assume its ECU or Lambda or MAF - how do I check these? - help please

Unplug the MAF, then start and listen for any change (if no change, then would point to MAF).
