164 fuel filter

I dont suppose one of you have a picture of the fuel filter in situ. so that i can back trace whats been done to the car

As the car rolled over to the side of the road yesterday with a big pool of petrol just in front of the drivers side rear wheel.

Looks like someones been hacking at the pipes. have rang the previous owner and he said "oh yes the filter was bypassed" but i couldnt get a sensible answer to why.

Re: 164 fuel filter

Sounds like he bypassed because he couldn't be @rsed to replace the filter. Some people just shouldn't ever own an Alfa!!!

Anyway, I can send you some screen shots from the CarDisc CD if you PM me your private e-mail address. I don't believe there are diferences at the back of the car between the twinnie and the V6's so it should give you a good idea of what to expect.
