Wider tyres on slim alloys will not do anything good for the driving characteristics of the car. And remember that 245/45 will be a larger wheel than 225/45, height being 45% of 245 rather that of 225. In DK up to 5% deviation from specification is allowed but it will make the car feel markedly slower (and more wobbly) but I do not think different tire sizes betw. front and back axle are allowed - and for good reason as it could potentially change the steering characteristics of the car dramatically. And you also have to ensure that the tyres will fit within the wheen arch. So - not a good idea
