Central lock wont doesnt work 166 2.0TS -99

The car is equipped with some kind of aftermarket "DEFA alarm" with an extra remote-control.
The problem is that the centrallock wont work, i have tryed to lock it with the key in the door and with the remote but it doesnt work att all.
Car is equipped original with the red-key with remote-lock but this doesnt either work.
What could be the problem?
