Cardisk is it worth it ?

I'm deperate for the wiring diagrams for the 164 V6 12v, and as I have not managed to come across any yet, and its holding my project up, I was contemplating buying the cardisk manual.

As these are from the U.S., are there going to be many difference in the diagrams / specs of the cars. Are they going to be any use to me?

I was looking about to see if anyone has a secondhand copy with no luck.

The big question. It it worth me spending £50 on the disk ?

I am sure you will get a copy from someone at the 164 digest site. I have found that 99.9% of the wiring diagrams have been spot on and believe me I have used them lots hehe, in fact when I was sure the diagram was wrong it turned out that my car had sensors plugged into wrong places which was what was wrong in the first place!!, lets face it they all came out of the same factory and the only major difference is the side the steering wheel was on. If I was you I would go ahead and order a copy, should there come a day where you dont need it any more you will likely have no problem selling it on.

Re: Cardisk is it worth it ?

Thanks, but i think I'm sorted noe thanks to Pat and some of the guys on the Stratos sites ( they like these engines too, but make the mistake of putting them in the back)

If i can't sort it out i'll send him a PM. Thanks again

It is a very pretty engine tho', or it will be when i get it clean.

Like you said its a shame to hide it.
