VDC light

I bought a seccy instrument pod and stalk set, white ones just cos I wanted to see what they look like!

It's not from a twink like mine, and has a VDC light. Although the spec sheet at the Alfa dealer for my car says it has VDC, i know that's impossible but how will the light behave if I fit this white-dialled pod?

And, what mileage will the display show? Mine or the expired donors?
