1993 164L Air Flowmeter [HELP! FIRST POST]

Running fuel rich, CO @ 8.8 at idle, 1.2 @ 2500 rpm... My mechanic attempted to test IAT sensor but could not find pin out for sensor. Scoped O2 sensor reading high .9v changes when snap throttle. When holding MAF vane closed O2 drops to 3.5v Believe its a bad MAF but need pinout diagram with specs. to compare.It is a 5 pin connector what is each pin and a relevent referance table for MAF and IAT sensor.

Is this car a TS or a 24V v6?
