164 1990 V6

Is she gonna be high or low maintenance?

As per earlier thread, have decided to get on with some maintenance on my deserving 1990 164 lusso 3.0 V6 (87k miles). So having removed the plugs, wondered what the verdict is on the state of the engine by their condition. They are NGK BPR6E. I know its been asked many times before, but based on their condition should I replace with the same or seek out an alternative. Thanks

They look ok to me. None look excessively fouled or overheated. If the car is running ok I would replace with the same.

I think you need to put them back - it won't run without plugs....

They look fine. Use NGK. They are the best in these motors. Would not bother with anything else, especially Bosch.
Go for the iridium in that same plug.

ciao
