Worn Rear Bushes? would they account for.......

the little shimmy and tail wobble over bumps and potholes i get when cornering or does that sound more serious than bushes

if it is bushes is it worth getting powerflex bushes if im only going to own the car for another couple of years at most.

It's more likely to be the bottom hub bearing Jabber. If you can find a good indie prepared to push the old bearings out and press the new ones in (a mercedes part!) then the cost is about £30 for the bearings plus labour.

It could also be that your rear wheel alignment is out; It may just have naturally gone out of alignment, or it could be due to a failed bushing.

Either way, I would get a proper 4-wheel alignment done, makes a big difference to how the car drives.
